Cedo il mio studio fiduciario dopo quasi vent'anni di attività a Basilea. Si tratta di una ditta individuale con circa 60 clienti attivi, principalmente piccole ditte, artigiani e diverse dichiarazioni fiscali per privati. L'attività è gestibile da una sola persona a tempo pieno o da una coppia.
Il fatturato è molto stabile. Offro un periodo di affiancamento di 6 mesi per garantire che i clienti non se ne vadano durante il passaggio di proprietà. L'ufficio è piccolo, spese basse (CHF 900 al mese). Cedo perché voglio ritirarmi a vita privata entro la fine dell'anno.
