How much does it cost to list my firm on Confedera?

Creating the account and publishing the basic profile is free. You only pay if you choose plans with priority visibility in the directory, comparison pages and cantonal pages. No commission on mandates you close.

What type of clients does a trustee receive on the platform?

Entrepreneurs forming a company, SMEs looking for a new accounting or tax firm, sellers and buyers of businesses needing M&A assistance, and foreign investors settling in Switzerland. Every lead arrives with context and, when available, an attached technical dossier.

How are trustees verified?

We check the company name, UID number, commercial register entry and consistency of contact data. Declared certifications (EXPERTsuisse, Treuhand|Suisse, audit licence) are requested during publication.

Do I also receive requests by e-mail?

Yes. Every request triggers a dashboard notification and an e-mail to the firm's mailbox, with a client summary and PDF attachment when present. The system uses a queue with automatic retries, so notifications arrive even in case of temporary errors.

Can I publish my prices?

Yes, and it's recommended. Packages with an indicative price (for example «Sàrl formation from CHF 1,190») receive far more requests, because the client knows what to expect before writing. You can still indicate «on quote» for complex services.

In how many languages is my profile visible?

The platform is available in Italian, German, French and English. You can declare the firm's working languages and appear in searches of users browsing in their respective language version.

Can I pause my profile?

Yes. From the dashboard you can suspend publication at any time, for example when the firm's capacity is full, and reactivate it with one click without losing data or lead history.
